Rule: the profile is the record, not a second website. One set of verified facts, exposed as JSON-LD, llms.txt and MCP. For a business with no site, the profile page is its website on a Fairview address. For a business with its own domain, the directory card links out and the record says so with sameAs. When a free business moves to its own domain, the Fairview page redirects there and the record stays.
Rule: Fairview is the name on anything public and free, where a business is found. theStacc is the name on anything a business pays for to be worth finding. A programme or partner never gets its own surface; it is a door into the same account.
