Pricing, step 4

Eight decisions. Six settled on Fri 6 Nov.

The ladder is drawn. Six of these were settled by the founder on Fri 6 Nov 2026 and the pricing page reflects them. Two remain with sales: the 31 existing customers, and confirming the international numbers on the next US demos.

1. Lite at ₹999, Starter at ₹2,500, or bothdecided: Lite dropped
PriceCredits₹ per creditWhat it buysSix months prepaid
Lite₹9994152.413 blogs, 2 Google, 5 social₹5,100
Starter₹2,5001,1152.248 blogs, 4 Google, 7 social, 1 reel₹12,600
Keep Lite ifdemos are losing people at ₹2,500 and Free is not catching them. The GoDaddy lesson: a cheap entry works only when packs carry a third of revenue. Lite buyers would need to buy a ₹1,500 pack often, which is more than the plan.
Drop Lite ifFree already removes the barrier. Lite becomes the plan people park on: 415 credits is 3 blogs, not enough to show a result in 90 days, so it churns and makes the retention number look bad.
Recommend: drop Lite. Free, then Starter. If sales wants a sub-₹1,000 number for ads, run Starter at ₹2,100 a month on six months prepaid and say "from ₹70 a day".
2. Growth at ₹9,000 or ₹12,000decided: ₹9,000
OptionPriceCredits₹ per creditVersus a pack at ₹3
₹9,000 as drawn₹9,0004,0202.2425% cheaper than packs. Clear reason to upgrade.
₹12,000 with the same credits₹12,0004,0202.99Same as packs. Starter plus packs is as cheap, so nobody upgrades.
₹12,000 with more credits₹12,0005,4002.22Works, but it is a 40-blog plan. Few customers need that.
Recommend: ₹9,000. The sheet's ₹12,000 only works if the credits rise to about 5,400, and then the gap to Pro at ₹17,000 is too small.
3. International pricesdecided as drawn, test on demos
PlanDrawn$ per creditYearly, 2 months freeReference
Starter$390.035$390Sales said "$39 outside". Wispra is €24 flat for less.
Growth$1090.027$1,090Below the $129 placeholder. US agencies resell at 2x.
Pro$1990.025$1,990Below the $249 placeholder. Includes the expert call.
Pack$300.060GoDaddy sells 250 credits for $24.99, so $0.10. We are cheaper.
Recommend: keep as drawn and test on the next five US demos. Raise Growth to $129 only if nobody pushes back. The pack is the lever abroad: 250 welcome credits, then $30 packs.
4. What stays on at zero creditsdecided: manual is free

The "base plan" list from the morning call. Everything here costs us almost nothing to run and is what makes people stay. Credits pay for generation only.

Website and hostingGoogle sync: reviews in, manual posts outReview replies written by youAnalyticsAI visibility, up to the plan's tracked promptsCalendarEditing anything already madeFairview profile and scorePixel, once built
Decided: the rule is "anything manual that spends no AI tokens is free". AI-drafted review replies cost 5 credits. AI visibility is free up to the plan's tracked prompts because each prompt costs us tokens.
5. Expert calls: every plan, or Pro onlydecided: every plan
CallCreditsCash if bought as a packOur cost, roughlyMargin
15 minutes250₹750₹400₹350
30 minutes500₹1,500₹800₹700
Pro, one 30-minute call a month included0in ₹17,000₹800retention
Recommend: every plan, and Free, at 250 or 500 credits. It is margin-positive even in cash, and it is how a Free account first pays us. Pro keeps one included. Cap at two paid calls a month per account so nobody books a consultant by the hour.
6. The 31 existing customersdecide

They pay about ₹18,000 a month on average for module bundles. Nothing on the new page matches that exactly.

Nearest plan, same priceMap each to Growth or Pro. Keep their current price until renewal; credits set to their last three months' average usage or the plan's, whichever is higher.
Move everyone to ProSimple, but drops revenue for anyone above ₹17,000 and over-serves anyone below.
Leave them on bundlesTwo systems for backend to run forever. No.
Recommend: nearest plan, same price, credits never below what they use today. One email per customer from sales, before the page goes live.
7. Lifetime dealsdecided: none

A lifetime deal on a credits product is a lifetime of AI cost. The cap is what makes it safe.

TierOne-timeCredits a month, for lifeAI cost a month at $0.00625Breaks even after
LTD 1$59500$3.1019 months
LTD 2$1491,115, Starter$7.0021 months
LTD at Growth$2994,020$25.1012 months, then a loss forever
Recommend: cap at Starter credits, no Growth tier, packs at full price, credits do not carry over on lifetime accounts. Run it only if the marketing lead wants the audience, not the revenue.
8. What happens on cancelanswered by the structure

The old worry was the hosted site becoming a hostage. With Fairview underneath, cancelling drops the account to Free: the profile and the hosted page stay up on the Fairview address, Google and social publishing stop, own-domain hosting stays live for 30 days with an export. Nothing is held.

Recommend: write exactly that in the FAQ. It is a selling point, not a risk.
When these are settled
  1. Update the two pricing screens and the table.
  2. Sales writes the migration email for the 31.
  3. Backend builds the wallet from the ledger shape on the wallet screens; no per-customer exceptions.
  4. The page goes live with Free as a Fairview profile, even before the directory exists.
